At Akshar Education (aksharedu.org), we believe that education extends beyond textbooks—it thrives in sports, music, and extracurricular activities that shape young minds. As part of our mission to support schools with essential resources, we proudly donated sports equipment and musical instruments to Smt. C.R. Patel Saraswati Vidyalaya (Sarsavani School) in January 2025.
To honor this contribution, the school organized a special Honor Ceremony on January 31, 2025, under the chairmanship of Mr. N.I. Patel, Secretary of Shri Sarasvani Kelavani Mandal. The event was a heartfelt expression of gratitude towards Akshar Education Inc., New Jersey, USA, for our commitment to enriching students’ educational experiences.
The ceremony commenced with a prayer song, followed by a lamp-lighting ceremony and a warm welcome performance by the students. School Principal Mr. Dipakbhai Patel extended his appreciation to our organization, highlighting how the donation would enhance sports, prayer, and musical activities at the school.
The event also featured special student performances, including the beautiful “Maa Aaradhana” by Dharvi Patel, a 12th commerce student, adding a cultural and spiritual touch to the gathering.
In recognition of this initiative, Mr. Shivam Panikar, Secretary of Akshar Education Inc., was honored with a Letter of Honor, a bouquet of flowers, a shawl, and a memorial gift, presented by the school’s trustees and leadership. The Letter of Honor was read by Mrs. Purvi Upadhyay, an English teacher at the school.
To symbolize the impact of this project, Mr. Panikar presented a special gift to the school’s Principal Mr. Dipakbhai Patel and Physical Education Teacher Mr. Sanjaybhai Patel, marking a shared commitment to student development.
The event was met with enthusiastic applause from students, teachers, and distinguished guests.
In his speech, Mr. Panikar expressed his gratitude and reiterated Akshar Education’s commitment to empowering students through access to better resources. Chairperson Mr. N.I. Patel assured that the donated sports and musical equipment would be utilized effectively to support student engagement and skill development.
As part of the celebrations, students performed a thematic act on women empowerment, further emphasizing the importance of inclusive and holistic education.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks and the recitation of the national anthem. Following this, Mr. Panikar and other dignitaries officially inaugurated the new sports and music rooms, witnessing firsthand how these resources would benefit the students.
The event was attended by esteemed trustees, including Mr. Hirubhai Patel, Mr. C.N. Patel, Mr. Thakorbhai Patel, and special guest Mrs. Binalben Bhavinbhai Patel, whose presence further enriched the occasion.
The day ended on a joyful note, with students, faculty, and guests sharing a meal and celebrating a new chapter of growth and opportunity for Sarsavani School.
